and Experience


 


A B.S. or B.S. degree in a field related to
banking or equivalent normally required. Specialized wealth management
education and training is preferred. A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in
related positions normally required.


Essential Duties


 


This position assists the SVP Shareholder Relations in every aspect of Shareholder
Relations function including communication with shareholders, planning of
events and maintenance of files and data. Also, provides administrative and
customer service support for the Shareholder Relations function. Additionally,
plays a role in facilitating the stock sale process.


 



  • Assist in creating and organizing a proactive shareholder
    outreach/onboarding program  


     


  • Meeting preparation and notes


     


  • Responsible for the maintenance and continued accuracy of all
    shareholder data


     


  • Assist with the review/revision of all policies, procedures,
    forms/agreements



 



  • Organizes and attends a slate of Shareholder functions and events.


  • Assist with developing and maintaining Shareholder education –
    prioritizing the next generation


  • Assist with the creation and coordination of periodic Shareholder
    newsletters


  • Fosters relationships with shareholders by answering inquiries and
    providing assistance to Shareholders via phone, email, or in person.


  • Coordinates and processes paperwork related to stock transactions,
    including preparing paperwork for shareholders to buy/sell shares, sending
    letters and appropriate forms to shareholders for reregistration, due to
    marriage, death, adding/removing owners, replacement of missing certificates
    etc.


  • Accepts stock sale bids. Provides, collects, reviews and organizes
    shareholder paperwork.


  • Coordinates ad placement, including placing ads in newspaper(s).


  • Maintains lists of shareholders wanting to buy/sell/be notified of stock
    sales. Send out those notifications. Provides shareholder lists upon request.


  • Greets customers and visitors either in person or on the phone in a
    pleasant and courteous manner to provide a favorable first impression of CNC;
    directs them to the proper person or department.


  • Answers general questions and provides general information; directs more
    specific questions to proper individual.


  • Opens and sorts incoming mail, assuring delivery to proper individuals
    or departments; processes outgoing mail.


  • Prepares letters, reports, memos, invoices, and other correspondence as
    requested; utilizes word processing to prepare documents as appropriate.


  • Assists with scheduling of Conference rooms for CNC Shareholder meetings
    and events, as needed.


  • Communicates with
    supervisor and appropriate staff personnel in order to integrate goals and
    activities.


     


  • Provides periodic
    reports to supervisor and other groups as required throughout the organization.


     




  • Abides by the current
    laws and organizational policies and procedures designed and implemented to
    promote an environment which is free of harassment and other forms of illegal
    discriminatory behavior in the work place.


     


  • Cooperates with,
    participates in, and supports the adherence to all internal policies,
    procedures, and practices in support of risk management and overall safety and
    soundness and the Bank's compliance with all regulatory requirements, e.g.
    Community Reinvestment Act (CRA), Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Equal Credit
    Opportunity Act, etc.

  • Performs tasks which are
    supportive in nature to the essential functions of the job, but which may be
    altered or re-designed depending upon individual circumstances.



 


Skills

Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; excellent
interpersonal relations and communication skills; a thorough knowledge of
wealth management related products and services; a working knowledge of banking
operations which impact the wealth and shareholder function; proficient PC
skills; visual and auditory skills; valid driver's license.
